Citizen’s very first Canadian office was founded in 1981 in the city of Quebec. Located a few blocks away from Quebec’s Parliament, it is very convenient to make our governmental relations work for many of our clients.
Two of our Citizens share their offices with other colleagues from Plus Co. agencies, allowing them to hang out altogether during the famous happy hours and celebrations. And that’s without counting our other Citizen living in Trois-Rivières that can visit both the Quebec and Montreal offices, one week out of two!

Jenn is our very own Ted Lasso. She heads our Canadian (English) business with limitless can-do energy. While she’s led many award-winning programs for major global brands, she’s most proud to champion the personal growth of her teams. She empowers every citizen to step up and seize opportunities without fear of failure. Her whoodle, Archie, just wagged his tail in agreement.
